Join us as Ethel Hosendorf hosts our second "Real Talk for Early Career Principals." This will be a mid-year check in and discussion around the needs of our newest school leaders.

As an early-career principal, Ethel is committed to implementing the best and developmentally appropriate practices that foster strong leadership standards and a positive school culture. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that schools should be nurturing environments where every child is empowered to grow in character, reach their full potential, and write their own success story.
