Dr. Eric Davis


Dr. Davis is the Deputy Superintendent of Operations at Harford County Public Schools.  Dr. Davis has been a principal in three different schools and held numerous central office leadership positions. Throughout his career, he has always had a passion for family and community engagement. In 2010 he wrote the very popular book … I hear you knocking – but you can’t come in! A framework for creating a welcoming environment in schools, a book that was purchased by many school districts nationwide. He is the author of his a print and audio book entitled Leadership Maturity – Creating a Culture through Introspection and Reflection and the new book, Cracking the Code Dr. Davis is a former aerobics instructor and enjoys getting his audiences up and moving during his presentations.
