Join Ethel Hosendorf, the proud principal of T.C. Martin Elementary in Charles County, as she facilitates a conversation around all the questions early career principals need answers to (budget, culture, relationships, and structures that lead to success). We need new and veteran principals to join us for this important discussion.

Since beginning her educational journey in 2008, Ethel has served across high school, middle school, and now elementary levels—bringing a deep commitment to student development at every stage.


As an early-career principal, Ethel is committed to implementing best and developmentally appropriate practices that foster strong leadership standards and a positive school culture. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that schools should be nurturing environments where every child is empowered to grow in character, reach their full potential, and write their own success story.


Ethel’s purpose is clear: to lead with integrity, inspire with vision, and create lasting impact—one student, one classroom, and one school at a time.
