Join Dr. Jeff Bostic from MSDE & Dr. Kate Cramer, Instructional Facilitator, Office of Psychological Services, HCPSS, as they lead a discussion on managing adult responses to student behaviors.

Student behavior is profoundly influenced by the adults in the room. This presentation dives into the science of response, demonstrating how our reactions impact a student's neurological state and subsequent actions. Participants will utilize a self-assessment tool to gain critical insight into their current emotional functionality during interactions. This foundational self-awareness prepares leaders to effectively coach and build capacity in their schools, addressing core needs in both classroom management and educator well-being to create lasting, positive shifts in the school environment.
