Currently serving as Assistant Principal at Port Towns Elementary School in Maryland\, she has built a distinguished career leading school improvement initiatives\, strengthening instructional practices\, and transforming school cultures through strategic\, data-driven leadership.\nA recognized change agent and recipient of the 2024 Connected School Leader Award\, Dr. Jefferson is passionate about creating inclusive educational systems where every learner particularly students with disabilities\, multilingual learners\, and historically marginalized populations has access to rigorous\, meaningful learning experiences.
